Boot Camp

Equipping our children with positive ways to be members of the Ultimate "gang". When we are in God's gang, the daily battles of life can be conquered. The theme centres around three young people desperately trying to become a smooth running unit at Boot camp. In the end they learn the importance of listening to their coach, teamwork and being prepared with the right equipment.

Aim: To teach children that with all the battles they face daily, it can make a difference to be a part of God's Gang. To equip children with the armour of God.

The gang are all in a trench ready for war. Jack and Sal are eager to participate while Sessile is overwhelmed by the situation. Jack and Sal keep on fighting on their own terms and in their own strength. Sessile chooses to consult the captain and finds strength and courage to fight.

Sessile loses focus on the task, enjoying the outdoors, Jack loses his temper when things don’t go the way he would like and Sal, trying to do something all by herself, gets herself in real trouble.

When the fighting begins, he’ is safe and secure and the other two are in trouble. Today Sessile saves the day

He learns that to attack is very important for survival. Sal and Jack convince Sessile of the value of being equipped correctly and in the process they create a monster.
