Striving to be a hero!

This resource provides you with a lesson plan, a drama script, songs, activities to teach this lesson effectively, with opportunities for the children to be active in the learning process. To learn that being a hero means struggle as well as victories.

Matthew 14:22-23

Peter is often considered the one who was impetuous and always messing up. But that is what makes Peter a true Hero. If anyone had an excuse to give up and feel like a failure, it was Peter. It's much harder to get back up when you fall, than just giving up. Peter was the only one that stepped out of the boat that day, and yet mostly is known for drowning rather than actually having the guts to step out in the first place.
