He talks of life being ... Show More The Book of Ecclesiastes is somewhat disjointed when you read it, however its message is quite clear. It states in many ways that Life as man lives it, without God, is futile. He talks of life being pointless and purposeless and empty without God. This is so relevant for today, as the majority of the Western World lives without any recognition of God and strives to find meaning in life in possessions, occupation, love, power and/or doing good deeds. Our children today can grow up never learning the God is real and alive and offers them an alternative. It is a good start to challenge the children about what they are really living for. Coming from a man like Solomon that had all that today is seen as successful, is really powerful.

You Will Need: TEACHING TIME: Great prize (that nobody wins) and 3 smaller prizes for the children who “Give it a go”, Someone to share testimony, Prizes for who stands up first in game
SMALL GROUP TIME: A track made up for the race - Masking / Gaff tape, Materials for coaches to create team spirit, Props for the race (see Winners Circle instructions)
