This crowd would have been overwhelmingly big. With a furnace in your face and no way of getting away with it, to just go along with the crowd would be something that for sure you would think God would understand. I wonder if Shadrach had been on his own whether he still would have done so. This happened even before Daniel was saved from the lion's den so they couldn't rest on seeing God save someone before. They knew the consequences and were willing to die. Whatever you're doing there is always strength on numbers; there are amazing amounts of things that we can do with more than one person that we can't do on our own. God honoured them all and showed it by joining them, making four in the furnace. Even God said where two or more are gathered there I am in the midst. There is no denying that a few people joined together can do amazing things, this is just one example.

You Will Need: Prizes for winners in small group work and teaching, twit face, Costumes for 3 actors in teaching, Action board, Kings Costume, fake camera, soliders uniforms, horn or loud sound, 3 leaders/young people to help with acting (two with drama skills would be helpful) lined up beforehand, Paper and Pens and Bluetac, Words LISTEN and HELPS and TRUE FRIEND in big writing to stick onto a wall, plus the new words for today “STICK TOGETHER”, Minute to win it challenges,“Don’t let life box you in” prizes (Optional)
