To teach the children that the battle is raging and we must use the armour to survive. To challenge those children who do not know God, that they must be a Christian for the armour to be available to them.

Ephesians 6: 10-18

Ephesians 6 highlights that it is a spiritual battle that we are fighting. The world does not acknowledge this and sees the supernatural as a big game or fantasy. We are instructed in Ephesians to be prepared and ready. Ephesians teaches us that we have been given all we need from God and we must simply learn how to use it. The description is very visual and is likened to army gear. As we have taught this for a number of weeks already, this week’s lesson is simply a review and reinforcement.
If we truly know how to use the armour we can be sure that we will fight the daily battles with confidence and win more than we lose.
